Client Management

Manage booking requests from your clients.

• Head to your booking requests, copy the form URL and share with a client.
• After client submits a booking request, add a quote, and await confirmation (or accept the request directly).
• When client confirms quote, the booking request will be available in your shipments.

File Extraction

Extract data from files automatically using AI and keep your information up to date. Here's how it works:

• In settings, select the fields you want to extract (e.g., booking number, HS code, terminal) for a given file type.
• Upload a file (PDF) for a shipment in its details page.
• Automatically extract relevant fields from the file (configured in settings), or manually trigger extraction by clicking the icon in the files page.
• Review and confirm any updates suggested.
